We also love Mama Kat’s tutorial on adding nearly anything to a clear ornament, here’s a couple suggestions:

sprinkles, paint, tinsel, photos, glitter, rope or twine, foliage

Each of these awesome ornaments can be sent home with your guests for party favors or you can hang them on the tree as another activity.  Some additional party crafts include:

For favors we’re loving the idea of a real saplings your guests can plant when they get home, a Christmas candy tree (guests grab a bar on their way out the door) or a pair of silly Christmas tree glasses!

We’ll be rounding up all of our Christmas Tree Party Ideas for tomorrow’s inspiration board so come back to check it out and if you’d like to win a digital “you print” invite good for any party in our shop, leave a comment on any post this week and you’re in!

  1. Oh that candy bar tree would be BIG trouble at my house! Every time I saunter by I’d just tug one of those bad boys off and start munching. It would look a whole lot like a Charlie Brown tree by Christmas time.

  2. The clear ornament ideas look like so much fun!

  3. a fresh tree as a favor? Love.
