It’s been a magical week complete with rainbows and gold and shamrocks and leprechauns.  Pure magic:

Congrats to Mandy S…. you’re this week’s winner of a digital “you print” invite good for any party in our shop!!  You loved the leprechaun trap idea we shared with you yesterday and we loved you for commenting about it!!  We’ll drop you a line shortly to start the process of claiming your prize.

Next week we’re leaving rainbows and shamrocks behind for a s’mores and tents… can you guess which party we’re featuring?  Stay Tuned!

There are literally hundreds (probably even thousands) of St. Patrick’s Day activities and crafts roaming the internet.  So many that we were close to encountering the “so many ideas I can’t pick a single one so let’s do nothing” syndrome.  Pretty deadly.  Instead we spotted a couple that we found to stand out from the rest of the pack including:

Leprechaun trapstreasure hunts,  rainbow friendship bracelets and more!  All of the above are fun, festive and think just outside the typical shamrock box which is why they caught our eye.

For favors we’re loving rainbows paired with that pot of gold we’ve been talking about all week:

Whether it’s rainbow vines or rainbow lollipops and gold coins or gold rolos, pairing a little bit of color with a little bit of gold is the absolutely easiest way to send guests on their festive way!

Today’s your last day to enter to win a digital “you print” invite good for any party in our shop and tomorrow we’ll be sharing our Rainbow St. Patrick’s Day inspiration board with ya’ll so we hope you come back to check it out!

We’re talking all about ways to add a rainbow touch to your next St. Patrick’s Day gathering (even if it’s just you and the kiddos) and we’ve got plenty of food/drink options to go around!

Kick your St. Patrick’s Day off right with a breakfast of champions:

and if guests will be in attendance offer them a festive lunch including clover topped pizzas and mean green popcorn:

On the healthy front we featured a couple goodies during Art Party Week and they’re worth repeating.  You’ve got some major food groups goin’ on here with fruitveggies and a little bit of dairy:

In addition, meat and veggies collide in these colorful kabobs:

But as far as the Rainbow St. Patrick’s Day theme is concerned, we’re loving the array of rainbow goodies paired with dashes of gold and featuring green, it’s a perfect St. Patty’s day combo:

A couple fun rainbow cupcake ideas also featured during Art Party Week but too cute not to mention again include:

For drinks you can opt for an array of multi colored straws or stick with the plain old green to dip inside a Shamrock Shake:

YUM!

And let’s not drop the rainbow ball when it comes to beverages.  A rainbow display with your drinks would be easy with either soda or juice.  Forget the reading rainbow… how about this soda rainbow!?

Typically doping our kids up on soda isn’t our cup of tea, but for this particular theme we’ll make an exception…  for juice think fruit punch, orange juice, lemonade, apple juice, water and grape juice.  Same idea ;) .

Tomorrow we’ve got a bunch of Rainbow St. Patrick’s Day activities and party favors for you so we hope you’ll come check them out!  Be sure to leave a comment on any post this week in order to be entered to win a digital “you print” invite good for any party in our shop!

There’s not much about this party we don’t absolutely LOVE.  Like for instance, we love how fabulously our new POP Party supplies pair with our new Rainbow decor:

We LOVE the rainbow tulle billowing out of the top of our rainbow party hat:

We love how all of the bright colors make for nothing more than the brightest happy birthday imaginable:

We just love it!

We hope you do too ;) .

In fact we hope you’ll leave a comment below about how much you love it in which case you’ll be automatically entered to win a digital “you print” invite good for any party in our shop!  Get to commenting and get back here tomorrow for Rainbow St. Patrick’s Day food and drink ideas.

Of course we adore any reason to celebrate and St. Patrick’s Day is no exception, but we’re torn because we really just want to talk about our new Rainbow Party this week and all the awesome ideas we have pouring out our ears inspired by said Rainbow Party.

Alas “Rainbow St. Patrick’s Day Party Week” was born!  Afterall, we all know that the rainbow is what leads you to that pot-o-gold and we all know it’s those St. Patty’s Day leprechauns you’ll find at that same pot.  Here’s a sneak peak:

Stick with us all week as we feature rainbow party ideas and incorporate a little more color (other than just green) into your next St. Patrick’s Day event.  Fun shall be had by all.
