We’re talking all about ways to add a rainbow touch to your next St. Patrick’s Day gathering (even if it’s just you and the kiddos) and we’ve got plenty of food/drink options to go around!
Kick your St. Patrick’s Day off right with a breakfast of champions:
and if guests will be in attendance offer them a festive lunch including clover topped pizzas and mean green popcorn:
On the healthy front we featured a couple goodies during Art Party Week and they’re worth repeating. You’ve got some major food groups goin’ on here with fruit, veggies and a little bit of dairy:
In addition, meat and veggies collide in these colorful kabobs:
But as far as the Rainbow St. Patrick’s Day theme is concerned, we’re loving the array of rainbow goodies paired with dashes of gold and featuring green, it’s a perfect St. Patty’s day combo:
A couple fun rainbow cupcake ideas also featured during Art Party Week but too cute not to mention again include:
Cupcake 1, Cupcake 2, Cupcake 3
For drinks you can opt for an array of multi colored straws or stick with the plain old green to dip inside a Shamrock Shake:
And let’s not drop the rainbow ball when it comes to beverages. A rainbow display with your drinks would be easy with either soda or juice. Forget the reading rainbow… how about this soda rainbow!?
Typically doping our kids up on soda isn’t our cup of tea, but for this particular theme we’ll make an exception… for juice think fruit punch, orange juice, lemonade, apple juice, water and grape juice. Same idea .
Tomorrow we’ve got a bunch of Rainbow St. Patrick’s Day activities and party favors for you so we hope you’ll come check them out! Be sure to leave a comment on any post this week in order to be entered to win a digital “you print” invite good for any party in our shop!
